Our founders spent years perfecting their dough recipe, sourcing the finest local ingredients, and building a team as passionate about food as they are. What started as a single location quickly became the go-to pizza destination for the entire Prasada community.

The Doors Open
Mod Pizza opens its first location at Prasada Pkwy in Surprise, AZ. With just six team members and one oven, we welcomed our first guests and never looked back.
Community Recognition
Named "Best New Restaurant" by Surprise Community Awards. We also launched our school fundraiser program, supporting 8 local elementary schools.
Catering & Delivery Launch
Expanded our service with full catering capabilities and in-house delivery. We brought Mod Pizza to birthday parties, corporate events, and family gatherings across the West Valley.
Standing Strong
Through the challenges of 2020, we pivoted to contactless ordering, supported frontline workers with donated meals, and kept our full team employed — because people always come first.
Online Ordering Goes Live
We launched our full online ordering platform, making it easier than ever for guests to customize and order their favorite Mod Pizza creations from anywhere, at any time.
A Decade of Mod
Celebrating 10 years and half a million pizzas served! We refreshed our menu, renovated the dining room, and introduced new seasonal specials — honoring our past while cooking toward the future.
